#KTChat: PAL Blog Feature and Live Twitter Q&A Event
PAL (Published and Listed) members: Get chosen to write a feature on the Kite Tales blog AND do a LIVE Twitter Q&A where you answer questions from the Twitterverse. If chosen for this promotion event exclusive to PAL members, you’ll write a feature article for Kite Tales (topic of your choice, minimum 200 words). Soon after it is published, we’ll hold a Twitter Q&A so SCBWI members and non-members can ask more about you and your work via Twitter. To encourage questions, your blog topic should be engaging, thought-provoking, and/or educational.
TO ENTER, log into your SCBWI member account and fill out this form. Be sure to read all the rules and guidelines on the form! Entries are capped at the first 20 per event, so apply as soon as the events are announced via SCBWI Twitter, Facebook, and the Los Angeles SCBWI listserv! Please don’t apply after the deadline. Wait until the next event application dates are announced.
PS – If you aren’t sure how to do a Twitter Q&A, don’t worry! It’s super easy and we’ll walk you through it if you’re chosen! And if you don’t have a Twitter account, don’t despair! PAL members are always welcome to pitch a Kite Tales article. See “Submissions” to find out how.
Kite Tales reserves the right to accept or reject any submission. All decisions in this matter by the Kite Tales team and SCBWI Regional Board are final. Due to the volume of submissions, we may not be able to reply if you are not chosen for the promotion.
